• 공통 자격 ​요건

​ ​ 학력 ​: 대졸 이상 ​(4년)

​ ​ ​ 경력 ​: ​해당 직무 경력 ​6년 ​이상(과장급)

Main ​Accountabilities:

•    Drive performance ​management

a.   ​Lead ​and support ​high-profile

initiatives, while ​coordinating ​ad-hoc analysis and ​requests to ​support

performance discussions, actions.

•    MEC closing

a.   Understand business operation and SAP CO module.

b.   Stewardship in P&L with periodical review and follow up

•    Lead strategic planning on value creation

a.   Financial Growth Model in specific financial area.

b.   Lead target setting processes and DRA(dynamic resource allocation)

Skills Profile:

•    Over 7years of experience in Finance and experienced FP&A role

•    Strong finance operational foundation in performance management.

•    Excellent engagement, presentation, and communication skills

•    Strong analytical skills, ability to make the complex simple

•    English proficiency (required)

•    Experienced in cosmetic industry (preferred)

근무조건

• 근무형태 : 정규직(수습기간)-3개월
• 근무일시 : 주 5일(월~금) 오전 9시~오후 6시
• 근무지역:(07320) 서울 영등포구 여의대로 24 에프케이아이타워(여의도동) - 서울 5호선 여의도 에서 500m 이내

전형절차

• Step 01 : 서류전형
• Step 02 : 1차 면접
• Step 03 : 인적성 검사
• Step 04 : 2차 면접
• Step 05 : 최종합격
