Responsibilities

·        Building and ​managing ​the ​R&D team, ​and communicating with the ​Global ​R&D Leader ​and each function ​LT as ​the ​Carver Korea ​R&D ​leader.

·        Technical ​Project Leader for ​innovations ​:

·       Coordinate with ODM/RM ​Supplier ​to ​identify suitable technologies ​to fit ​AHC ​innovations in ​KR.

·        Collaborate with ​Innovation ​team to closely ​involve in ​concept elaboration, claims & technical inputs.

·       Coordinate with cross functional expert teams to make sure the Product

Mix(formulations/package) fit Unilever Safety/stability/micro/compatibility/clinical/consumer test protocols/guidance.

·       Support the rollout of the KR products overseas from an R&D perspective.

·        Technical Scouting for Identifying new technologies and try to use in AHC KR pipelines.

The Key Skills

·        Education degree in chemistry or biochemistry or related science(A master’s degree or higher is preferred).

·        Knowledges of formulation design(actives) and manufacturing, understand beauty trends

·       Experience of launching products in Korea market

·       Skilled and comfortable working in science storytelling, product

validation via clinicals/in vitro/consumer tests

·        Native KR speaker, with fluency in English is preferred

·        Exposure to international companies and ways of working is preferred

·        8+ years in cosmetic industry
