Unilever AHC C&B/ Payroll Specialist


Payroll Administration 

  • Manage ​end-to-end ​payroll ​processing with ​accuracy and compliance with ​local ​regulations 
  • Coordinate with ​external vendors and ​internal Finance ​team ​for payroll, ​tax, ​and ​statutory reporting 

Compensation & ​Benefits ​(C&B) 

  • Support annual salary ​review, ​bonus, ​and benefits programs 
  • Provide ​data analysis ​and ​reporting related ​to C&B ​and ​HR KPIs 

HR Operations 

  • Maintain ​HR data, ​contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes 
  • Prepare HR reports and support audits and compliance reviews 
  • Respond to employee HR-related inquiries 

General Affairs 

  • Assist in employee engagement and welfare programs 

 

Job Requirements 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR (with strong background in payroll and HR operations) 
  • Experience in C&B processes will be a strong plus 
  • Solid understanding of Korean labor law and statutory compliance 
  • Effective communication skills in Korean and English 
  • Proficient in MS Office; HRIS; Workday system experience preferred
