The key working scope:

• Technical Project Leader for innovations designed in the following interfaces with the following tasks.

 • Coordinate with ODM to identify suitable technologies to fit AHC innovations in KR.

 •  Coordinate with PD team to closely involve in concept elaboration & technical inputs.

•  Coordinate with related team to make sure the Product Mix(formulations/package) fit UL Safety/stability/micro/compatibility/clinical/consumer test protocols/guidance.

• ​Support the rollout of the KR product overseas from an R&D perspective.

• ​Technical Scouting for Identifying new technologies and try to use in AHC KR pipelines.

The Key Skills:

• ​Education degree in chemistry or biochemistry or related science(A master’s degree or higher is preferred).

• Knowledges of formulation design(actives) and manufacturing, understand beauty trends

•Skilled and comfortable working in science storytelling, product validation via clinicals/in vitro/consumer tests

• ​Fluent Chinese or English and native KR speaker will be ideal.

The Relevant Experience:

• at least 7 years in cosmetic industry is a must. 

• Preferred if with local product launch experience.

• 국내 제품의 해외 출시 지원.

• ​새로운 기술을 탐색하고 AHC 미래 제품 라인에 적용.

필요 역량:

• 화학, 생화학 또는 관련 분야 학위(석사 이상 우대).

• ​처방 설계 및 제조 지식, 뷰티 트렌드 이해.

• ​과학적 스토리텔링 능력, 임상·인비트로·소비자 테스트를 통한 제품 검증 경험.

• 중국어 또는 영어 능통, 한국어 원어민이면 이상적.

우대 조건:

• ​화장품 업계 7년 이상 경력 필수.

• ​국내 제품 출시 경험 있으면 우대.
